Delivery
Before your order can be delivered we require verbal confirmation that the date allocated is suitable. No times can be specified and no evening deliveries are available. If you are unable to confirm when we call a message will be left on your answer machine or a text will be left on your mobile. No furniture will be delivered without verbal or text confirmation from the customer.
No responsibility can be accepted for defective material or workmanship, damage or shortage on delivery if a claim is not made within 14 days of the delivery date.
No liability can be accepted for any damage, loss or negligence that may arise after the goods have been delivered.
All goods remain property of Riverco Trading Ltd until payment is made in full.
